iQ5实时PCR检测系统是BIO-RAD公司设计的新一代实时PCR检测仪器。和以前的iCycler iQ 、MyiQ仪器一样，iQ5也是在带有96孔反应模块的iCycler上升级。新的iQ5检测系统功能强大，能够同时检测5个靶基因，软件也重新设计。
iQ5检测系统的软件整合了高效的数据采集和数据分析功能，包括无需标准曲线的相对定量功能，方便进行基因表达分析研究。iQ5系统是一台具有很高性价比的仪器
