新的MyiQ实时PCR检测系统是一套价廉物美的仪器，可以用于常用的FAM和SYBR Green等荧光素的检测。该系统直接由iCycler基座升级，具有梯度PCR功能和半导体加热模块的卓越表现。对那些刚开展实时PCR技术的使用者，或者是日常检测需求不断增加的使用者来说，该系统都是很好的选择。和其他系统一样，该系统同样由在实时PCR领域居领先地位的BIO-RAD公司所研发。和iCycler iQ实时检测系统具有同样卓越的品质。

MyiQ 由iCycler 和光学模块组合而成（即iCycler 可升级为MyiQ）。其配备的光学系统可检测单色荧光（适用于FAM、SYBR Green I）。同样，MyiQ 具备 iCycler 诸如梯度 PCR、Peltier 温度控制等所有功能。MyiQ 特别适合于刚开始使用荧光PCR 技术的用户，或者大规模使用荧光 PCR 检测的用户。

除了检测波长数不同外，MyiQ 其他特性与 iQTM5 没有区别。其具体性能如下：
