全自动纯化亲和标记蛋白
Profinia蛋白纯化系统是为全自动两步亲和纯化带有His（His-tagged）肽标记和GST（GST-tagged）肽标记的蛋白而设计的。使用方便的整合系统优于传统的重力流层析方法，用于亲和纯化和蛋白的脱盐。该系统内预编有层析方法程序，连同Profinia纯化和缓冲液试剂盒，产生独立、可重复的结果。仪器运行过程无须照管，Profinia蛋白纯化系统在不到30分钟内即可获得纯化的样品，用于下游的研究。
精巧的设计，使用方便
该系统将所有试剂瓶、组份收集管和样品管整合在一起，形成一个独立系统，占用最少的桌面空间。大屏幕显示、友好的用户界面引导您无需额外的培训和层析专家的帮助，即能快速、方便地操作。
数据分析软件
Profinia蛋白纯化系统能显现每一主要实验步骤的详细情况，包括预期的运行时间等，使用户能跟踪整个运行过程。层析过程中能获取所有的运行数据并计算、显示，并在每一次纯化结束时进行储存。通过一个U盘，能将运行数据非常容易地导出。仪器与一台装有Profinia软件的电脑连接即能获取实时数据，纯化数据能实时在您的显示器上显示，也可进行保存、分析或编辑定制的实验报告格式。
